Coat in a Day, New Brewery Arts Centre, Cirencester 20.6.2009
On 20.6.2009 members of the Guild met at New Brewery Arts Centre, Cirencester at 5.20 am when the first sheep were shorn. After spinning for many hours supplying weavers Tim Parry-Williams and Sarah Beardsmore with yarn that they used to weave the cloth well into the night. The pictures here progress you through the day of 20th June 2009. Also shown is the finished coat made from the cloth woven by Tim and Sarah and spun by the Guild.
